Basic health care for all village residents is taken care of in the village infirmary. Dieter Ernst (pediatric specialist and board member of the Association) established the clinic and, as the physician in charge, manages it as well. A trained Cambodian nurses assists him. To a modest extent, the lack of medical care in this very poor neighborhood can also be addressed. The clinic offers professional medical assistance for people that otherwise have no access to a doctor or no money to pay for treatment.
